The project
From commercial unit to home.
This full renovation and change of use project, in Barcelona's Les Corts district, was the complete transformation of a commercial unit into a functional home, adapted to today's needs in terms of habitability, comfort and design.
The works included the change of use, completely renewing the building services, reorganising the spaces and making the most of the natural light, while ensuring compliance with current regulations.
High-quality materials and efficient technical solutions were chosen, achieving a contemporary, well-used space geared towards the greatest possible comfort for the user.
The result is a modern, efficient home that is fully integrated into its urban setting, with particular attention to build quality and detail.
