We work in the city of Barcelona and across the whole metropolitan area, including Baix Llobregat and Maresme. Our offices are at Av. Diagonal 545, in Les Corts. For projects outside this area, ask us about your specific case.

How does a renovation with CRUGA work?

Accepted Answer

The process has five phases: we listen to you, we propose a solution, we plan the work, we build it and we hand over the keys. A single point of contact coordinates architects, interior designers, the site manager and specialists in structures and building services throughout the project.

How much does a comprehensive renovation in Barcelona cost?

The price depends on the square metres, the starting condition, the scope of the building services and the level of finishes. We prepare a detailed fixed quote after visiting and measuring the space, free of charge and with no obligation, so you know the amount before deciding.

Do you handle building licences and permits?

Yes. Our comprehensive management includes the technical documentation and the processing of licences with the city council, as well as coordination with the owners and, for residents' associations, with the property manager. You don't have to deal with the paperwork.
