The project
Refurbishing with a view of the sea.
The project at Hostal Spa Empúries, in L'Escala (Girona), was a comprehensive intervention aimed at improving the hotel's image, comfort and guest experience, combining architectural refurbishment with contemporary design and wellbeing solutions.
Work was carried out both on the external envelope and on the interiors, renewing the spa rooms and creating a new rooftop chill out area with a pool, conceived as a space for relaxing and unwinding.
The façades were refurbished using technical paint systems with a siloxane finish, improving protection against the weather and extending the life of the building.
The result is a renewed, modern and wellbeing-focused hotel that strengthens its appeal to visitors and offers guests a distinctive experience.
