Vergós apartment.

This renovation project on Carrer Vergós, in Barcelona's Sarrià-Sant Gervasi district, was a full refurbishment aimed at modernising the spaces, improving how the home works and raising its level of comfort and design.

We worked with a careful selection of high-quality materials and finishes, combining a contemporary look with durability. The works included reorganising the rooms, completely renewing the building services and improving energy efficiency with inverter air-conditioning systems.

The kitchen, custom-designed with DOCA cabinetry, was conceived as the heart of the home, with ergonomics and design as the priorities. The bathrooms were rebuilt from scratch, with porcelain tiling from leading brands and seamless surfaces in microcement and Solid Surface.

The result is a contemporary, elegant and functional home, suited to the way people live today and finished to a high standard in every detail.
