Riu de l'Or.

This full renovation project on Carrer Riu d'Or, in Barcelona's Sarrià-Sant Gervasi district, was a complete refurbishment aimed at making the most of the space, improving how the home works and bringing it up to date with contemporary standards of design and comfort.

The works included completely renewing the building services, reorganising the rooms and a careful selection of high-quality materials, ensuring durability, energy efficiency and a considered aesthetic.

The kitchen, fitted with Santos cabinetry, was designed with ergonomics and the best use of the space as the priorities. The bathroom and the bedrooms were renovated with technical wall coverings and seamless finishes that bring a sense of space and visual coherence.

The result is a functional, light-filled and contemporary home, suited to urban living and to today's needs, with particular attention to detail and to the quality of the finishes.
