The project
Facing the sea, against corrosion.
This refurbishment project, located on Carrer Zafiro in Castelldefels, had as its main aim the structural and aesthetic recovery of the building's balconies and railings, affected by advanced corrosion caused by their exposure to the elements.
The works included surface preparation and treatment of the metal elements, and the application of anti-corrosion protection systems, ensuring the durability of the structures and improving the safety of the building as a whole.
The exterior finishes were also restored, contributing to the aesthetic and functional enhancement of the façade.
The result is a refurbished façade, safe and durable, prepared to withstand the elements and extend the building's working life.
