Restoring, not replacing.
Refurbishment of the façades, roofs, ironwork and joinery of this residential building in Barcelona.
All the building's façades were refurbished, restoring the mouldings and every element and preserving the façade's aesthetic.
The result: the façades, the roofs and the iron and timber elements restored, with the building's original aesthetic intact.
Works and systems carried out
- 01Roof waterproofing with Morterplas FP asphalt membrane by Soprema
- 02Restoration of mouldings and renders using Weber Basic, and renewal of window sills and floor finishes on the terraces
- 03Restoration of iron railings and window grilles on all façades
- 04Restoration of the building's timber entrance joinery
