A theatre school, soundproofed by design.
Full refurbishment of this theatre school and its activity licence application, subject to demanding acoustic restrictions, with CRUGA carrying out, coordinating and managing the works project.
The result: four soundproofed theatre rooms, changing rooms, bathrooms and offices within the same premises, with the activity licence application handled.

- 0175 dB acoustic insulation in the theatre rooms, with a box in box system
- 02400 m² of porcelain stoneware flooring
- 03Construction of 4 bathrooms, 2 changing rooms and 4 theatre rooms
- 04Offices and roof waterproofing
- 05100 m² mezzanine with a self-supporting steel structure
